Pre-Measurement
We come out before the order goes in, measure every opening, check the gas, water and electrical rough-ins against the spec sheets, and look at the delivery path from the street to the kitchen. Then you get a written summary of what fits and what does not.
It is the single highest-value hour in the whole project. Designers, builders and homeowners all use it to avoid the classic disasters: a 48-inch range in a 47-inch opening, a built-in fridge that cannot make the stair turn, or a hood with nowhere to duct.
