Trim kits are designed so the microwave breathes through defined gaps around the frame. Blocking those gaps with a tight cabinet cutout is the fastest way to cook a magnetron, so we build the opening to the kit's drawing.
We confirm the cutout, add support under the unit where the kit calls for it, fit and align the frame, connect to the correct circuit, and run the microwave under load before we finish.
