Range tops from Wolf, Thermador and BlueStar need a precise cutout and a specific clearance below the burner box. We verify both before the unit comes out of the crate, because a stone counter is not something you re-cut on the day.
Once it is seated we make the gas connection with a proper flex and shutoff, leak-test every joint, seal the perimeter where the manufacturer calls for it, and light every burner to confirm the flame pattern is clean and even.
